Several things to consider:

1. Do you eat right, exercise, and take good care of your appearance? Are you not overweight?

2. Do you have female friends, or even slight acquaintances? A lot of relationships develop from people you already know.

3. Are you talkative, cheerful, and fun to be around? Do you have anything interesting about yourself that you can share, like a hobby or passion? Can you make good conversation?

If you can check off all of these, a relationship is plenty possible. However, I know you're missing some if not most of these.
