Don't buy unhealthy food. DO NOT bring it into the house(no chips, soda, candy, ice cream, etc.).

Track calories. Being aware of what you're eating will reduce your calorie intake greatly. I suggest using MyFitnessPal.

Don't buy fast food. It's unhealthy and not filling. Just simply BAN yourself from going to them. Don't buy out at all. It's more expensive. You will save money

Look up some healthy recipes that use lots of vegetables (aren't fried). Eat salads, don't drink your calories (never drink juice). Take small bites, drink LOTS of water, avoid sugar (& carbs like rice), avoid eating too much meat, etc.
