If you can't even start talkiong with someone, then don't bother. You know you have to talk with her on a date, too, right? If saying "hi" is too hard, then an actual conversation will be impossible.
Also, the schedule thing, super creepy dude.

>I've memorised her schedule
creep, wrong, bad, abort
>I like this girl but I've never talked to her
no, spergo, you dont like her, you are just infatuated with her physical appearance.

pass her a folded not, written on the inside:
"do you like me?"
"[ ] yes"
"[ ] no"
"[ ] maybe"

this. both parts are good points.
OP is obsessing and confusing lust with personal attraction.

If you haven't talked to her much before, then you can do something like this:
Find a situation where you can pretend you don't have a pencil, a rubber etc., and ask her to lend you one. When you return it, remember to smile and look her in the eyes. This way you can at least tell straight away if she's uncomfortable/neutral/happy around you.
Don't initiate a discussion in the classroom. People go there to learn, not socialize. Try to find an event she's attending, and talk to her there. If you're feeling nervous, it's easiest to approach her in a bar or a club. If she doesn't go to those kinds of events, you can also ask her help on some topic, and continue from there.
I can't give specific talking tips, but in general, be interested in what she says and ask questions about her and her opinions. Don't talk too much of yourself, unless she wants to know something about you.
