Get a floor fan, one with a square frame is best.

Get a cardboard box, they are typically found dwelling in dumpsters, recycling centers, and such as their natural environment.

Also get some duct tape, and a HEPA filters.

Take your cardboard and cut and tape it to make a baffle. For good air flow, you want the depth of the duct you're making to be at least the fan radius BEFORE it starts shrinking in cross section to map to the HEPA filters OR terminating in the HEPA filter.

Finally, plug the fan in.

Enjoy your very inexpensive, highly effective, air filtration unit.

You will need to replace the filter every so many 10s thousand running hours. But, the filters are cheep and you need to do this when using a 'as purposed' air filter unit.
