I'm running under a high risk of getting deported back to Russia, because I'm disabled and don't fulfill the revenues criteria because I can't work.
In case if the deportation is confirmed, what would be the best suicide method in terms of effectiveness?
I was thinking of either jumping in front of a train, overdosing on paracetamol and sleeping medication, or setting myself on fire in a public square as a big f*ck you to the administration that deported me.

Yes, especially if you're disabled and have no family over there to support you.
