This is fair. I appreciate the care in your response.
However, I currently live a a city where it's going to be unsustainable to live in long term with my salary/housing cost. I want to eventually be a homeowner in an area accessible to plenty of wildlife/outdoor recreation. To be even more nit picky, I'd like to live in an area with a heavy Penn Dutch influence. I'm just curious if it exists.
