I've been feeling really sad lately and I don't have any idea why. How do I go about figuring it out?
Check your diet, meditate, exercise. That sorted my incoherent bouts of depression out

Hmm. Is the exercising necessary?
volunteer, it helps others and it also makes you feel good about yourself. It gives you something to do instead of sitting around all day.

Exercise and cleanliness are my two cure alls when I get down.
Exercise doesn't need to be a chore. Find a sport you enjoy and the rest will come.

Maybe we could get some insigt if you tell us what your routine has been lately.
When do you wake up?
What do you do all day?
What is your diet like?
How often do you exercise?
Do you have friends/ a significant other?
What are your long term goals?

alright, I will try to think of something to get more active

>When do you wake up?
5am on workdays, 8am or thereabouts on non-workdays
>What do you do all day?
Work and then listen to music all night, or read
>What is your diet like?
I eat once a day right before bed, but I've done this for almost 10 years
>How often do you exercise?
I don't, but I'm pretty active at work
>Do you have friends/ a significant other?
No friends really, just co-workers and a couple of acquaintances I see like twice a year, but I've pretty much always been like that and it's never bothered me. As for a significant other, my last relationship ended 4 years ago, but I don't feel like I'm missing anything
>What are your long term goals?
at the moment I have none

Move apartment, or buy a new lamp or a new brassiere.
Maybe it will then show you the problem?

You sound lonely and without purpose anon. I'm not trying to insult you I swear. What job do you have and do you feel fulfilled by it?
