Do you have health insurance at all? Some companies provide a certain amount of sessions for free. Find out which company you have and call them and inquire.

It sounds dumb but it's literally the easiest way. I found my current therapist this way. Love her, been seeing her for two years now. Went from NEET for a decade to full time college, part time working, dated a couple girls. Therapy is fantastic if you're not a dipshit who actually tries it.
