I need help chilling the fuck out. Lately I've been feeling really on edge. Like I overreact to small things, raise my voice, get into pointless arguments and have thoughts of violence.

What do, /adv/?

First off, you should rule out any physical reasons for increased grumpiness.

It might be as simple as you're sleep deprived, or you're simply not getting enough vitamin D or B12 or something.

Otherwise, there is an underlying issue you need to address. Something is bothering you, and making you stressed, even in the back of your mind, and it's causing you to have a short temper. So, you need to identify that. Are you stressed about.... lack of a girlfriend? poor grades? family life? your job? worrying about the future? etc etc.

not op but dealing with something similar. I'm overall very disappointed with how my life is going on. I'm 19, my GPA is bad, never had a job or got in a relationship, no driver's licence and I can't get any joy from doing certain hobbies. I've tried making music and drawing but I can't seem to stick to it. I want to change my diet but I'm not sure how to.
