Im a compsci major in the second semester of my first year. Currently living with my parents, but I feel like I could do better away from home since my house is small and crowded. Is it advisable to leave home and get a job?how hard would it be to survive on a part time and leftover money from my grant? Or am I just a whiny bitch? Disclaimer: Burgerspeak is jot my first lang.

do you have any actual compsci skills yet? if so it should be easy to find work (freelance or part time) that not only provide valuable experience but help you pay for living on your own.
