Moving into my first apt in two weeks. W/S/G is included in rent.

Apt complex usually provide gas. But electricirty you have to call ahead and tell them the moving date and stuff. Hope that helped.

either way, yes, call the major power company and ask if you're unsure. i forget how i did it but im 90% sure power is already turned on at the apartment in the landlords name, and then you call and change it to your name.

trust me when is ay you are NOT the first person to not know how this works and if you call the power company they will explain waht you need to do.

you gotta download the apps, Guber for gas and Eleuber for electricity. usually they give you whatever gas is closest but sometimes they cancel and surge price the fuck outta things.

In some places it can take 2 weeks to get your electricity turned on, so get on it, man.
