People often troll on eating organic and using natural remedies, avoiding harsh chemicals in your daily hygiene products etc but it does make a difference as you age.
I'm 31 now and alot of my peers are looking like 35+ year olds while i haven't developed any big wrinkles in my face and am often assumed to be 20-21.
Eat well, use aloe on your skin and get /fit/ while you're young.
Could be the difference between that old man that goes jogging and the one that sits in the wheelchair shitting himself.

I'm mid-30s and could easily pass for 27ish, maybe younger.

But then I'm ugly and have acne so it doesn't really matter. Kutcher is a Chad with awesome facial genetics. He'll still look great when he's 50+
