Hey /adv/. Long distance relationship fag here.
My girlfriend and I need to see one another more often. We see one another about 3 times a year, and both our physical needs aren't being met. We are incredibly in love with one another, and to be honest, she's just really fucking awesome. We love everything about one another, we just hate the distance. (400 miles).
We've decided that if this relationship, which is turning 3 years old soon, is going to work, we need to see each other more often.
Alas, it's extremely difficult as she doesn't drive. I do, but I don't think I'd be allowed over her house as her father is very strict. How can we see each other more? Anyone in an LDR dealt with this sort of thing? How was it resolved?

Move near her and spend time with her. If you love her so much it shouldn't be an issue.
My boyfriend moved 600 miles away from his family, we both worked our asses off to pay his expenses and have him near.

Its been three years, if one of you dont plan to move to be with eachother at least eventually theres no point. 400 miles isnt even that bad.
Anyway, I'll try to answer your question still. Can you afford a motel or something? They're like 60-80$ a night around where I live. If not, I dont know what to tell you unless you're down to sleep in your car. Does her dad not even know about you? If your gf cant drive, cant chip in for a motel, and cant even tell her dad about you I dont know what you expected, but maybe in the down time of you guys not seeing eachother cam with eachother or something? I assume you already do that though.

Thank you for being the only one to answer my question. A motel isn't a bad idea, I could easily afford a higher end one as well. I'm just hoping her father at least let's us be together during the day.
