Something that tires you physically or mentally or however you will so that you're too tired to obsess about anything.

If things go well you might develop a passion towards said activity.

eat healthy and exercise. get enough sleep and do it in regular patterns (go to sleep and wake up at the same time every day)
talk to someone, even though you don't want to feel like a bother
