Go see a doctor about it, have you also considered just owning your weirdness with pride? Don't get me wrong obviously you need to look into social etiquette but shit like how to sit is as easy to fix as googling "people sitting". If you want to learn what's not weird just pay attention to when people look at you weird, not when some random guy or girl does it either, I mean when a couple of people notice you with questionable faces, remember what you did and train yourself not to do it and you'll be set.

If you are actually concerned about these things negatively effecting your life then see a therapist and try to change them. As an Autistic person that gave up on changing after 10 years of medication and 9 therapists, I'd really suggest trying to live with it and owning it.
