Alright. So here's my problem.
I've known this girl for half a year now (We are in the same Class in school)
We've always sat next to each other in class (I never asked her to) We have a lot of fun together and talk alot. In the last two weeks we started hanging out together after school/work. I asked her and she said yes. Recently I began having "more feelings" for her than just friends. Since se already has her license (18 I'm still working on it) She asked me if she should drive me home. I said yes and since then she's always driven me home (I never asked her for that either. She doesn't even live near me, she actually drives 10km more just to bring me home.) I thought about telling her about my feelings but I'm still on the fence... Last time we met she brought her best friend (girl) so I dunno if she has feelings for me. Any advice/thoughts on what I should do?

Good, also look for some "signs" she will show you like laughing a lot, touching you etc. Look at some video's on YouTube about how to know if someone likes you.

From the sound of it, she might like you too. I wouldn't really confess feelings, but I would ask her out on a date. From the sound of it, you already are (playing darts at a bar).
Don't overthink the situation. Everything seems to be going well. You could throw in the 'I like you', but don't go full blown 'feelings confession' until you've established dating. It could come across as too strong.
