I have trouble sleeping guys, in that i get into bed and it takes several hours for me to get comfy and fall asleep, several hours to get that 'numb' head sensation that tells you if your about to fall asleep or not.
I think its mainly because my room is constantly hot, anyone know how to cool a room down? Plus general sleeping tips

yeah cold helps the body go to sleep cuz your temperature drops when you fall under and shiz.
get a fan, a ceiling fan, or an AC. whatever you can afford.

Put your pillow in your fridge, that way you have something cold to lay your head on while you sleep if you think your room is hot.

Soothing music/sounds without lyrics. No electronics an hour before bed. Black out curtains, sheets over blinds can help. I also use a fan in my window, and take melatonin sometimes. Read up on sleep hygiene
