Hey /adv/ I bumped into another car in my campus parking lot while backing out of a weird spot. I have 0 damage on my car and left the tiniest bump on his, but it was pouring rain so leaving a paper note would be no use. I got his license plate number and left, and am now wondering what the best way to proceed is. I feel the bump is so small you would have to know where it is to notice it, but I still feel I should probably try to get in touch with the guy. What should I do from here?

Just keep quiet about the whole thing. There's not much you can do in this situation, and it's not significant damage so there's no point in tracking him down.
