music is automatically copyrighted upon creation, it doesn't have to be filed, you could still take them to court and demand a percentage of everything.

unless by not copyrighted you mean that you uploaded them under a creative commons license, but even then if your license included arbitration and they didn't credit you, then yeah you can still sue.
