Why do women not like you? Are you not interesting? Then get a hobby or something people find interesting. Also while you shouldn't act desperate around women, you should also try to be a little more social with them. Also don't grab girls fresh off rebound or be a "nice guy" a la Elliot Rodger.

1. Girls can smell neediness. If you are thirsting for a girlfriend, chances are they will sense it and be turned off. Giving off a content confident vibe is what attracts women, and it's hard to maintain that vibe if you are sexually frustrated.

2. Improve yourself and stop worrying about women. Sex doesn't make you feel good after it's over, usually the opposite occurs. You feel weaker than you did an hour ago and your life still isn't on track. Sort your life out before putting effort into women.

3. STDs and pregnancy are real. Casual sex is fun the first few times, but after ten or so girls the stress of STD anxiety becomes too much and not worth the effort.

When it's a girl that I actually know (from school or work) I mostly ask them how their day was and if they need help with assignments.

Secondly, I met 'pic related girl' during her vacation, I decided to man up and ask her for her number (for a coffee date).

She actually gave me her number (I was suprised as fuck because I really thought she would reject me).

Even though she said agreed to a date, I chose not to call her because I honestly don't know what I should to make the date go well.
