How do I make myself act better socially in public? Every time I leave the house I tell myself I'll act better but I always end up saying everything either too quietly or too loudly, getting worked up quickly, rambling, and saying rude things for no reason. It's driving me crazy and it's making it impossible to work on my social anxiety and branch out.

Literally talk more to people. The only way to perfect how you communicate is through practice, just like how the only way to learn how to walk is by falling down till you get it right.
All you need to do is learn how to conduct the way you speak. Try talking into a mirror to start off.
