Is it bad that I don't have any friends? I have a job and have been there awhile now, I talk to people when I'm there. Outside of work I don't talk to anyone anymore. Will this mess me up mentally and or physically in the long run? My coworkers think it's weird I never want to hangout and some say they worry.
I didnt have many friends when I was young so I'm used to it. I had a whole group but I decided to cut contact a few years ago. Then I had two friends but they got busy with life so I stopped interacting with them. I don't talk to my family either except my sister every couple of months. I don't feel like it's bad to spend my time alone, it's much easier then dealing with people.
>TLDR are there any bad mental or physical effects from not socializing outside of work?
You're eventually going to be incredibly lonely. You may be fine now, but you won't be like that forever

no
You are one of the .01% of people who actually enjoy their own company.
There's mental/physical effects if you interact with NO ONE. You interact with people every day, so you're gonna be fine.

I already am sometimes but I just find things to do and then I'm fine

That's what I figured. I work 5 to 7 days a week so Its not like I'm a total hermit
