Alright. I snort cocaine every weekend. I'm high on it right now, actually. Is this a bad habit? Mind you, I take my career very seriously - I got a two promotions in the span of half a year - so I really don't want it to interfere with it.
My job is pretty highly stressful - conflict resolution nearly every day with community members and handling external and internal communications by myself for the whole of the NGO. So, to let loose, I tend to heavily party on the weekend. I work Monday to Friday nearly 12 hours a day, but I always have the weekend off.
Anyway, I keep everything low key and hidden. I'm very particular with my dealer, not many people know and I'm keeping it that way. The only ones that do know do it themselves and want to hide it too.
I work with youth and elders, so I feel a bit guilty that I have two lives. But I don't know how to handle stress otherwise.
Is this at all sustainable?

Started around January, it was usually just once or twice a month for fun.
I make sure it's never on a week day and just when I have fun going out, but I mean I occasionally do it when I have extra work to do, like today.
It doesn't really. I mean, when I tried it my first time, I could only handle one or two lines, but it gradually grew to 1 gram a night, but nothing more. Really, a gram is all that you need, anything more is pretty unnecessary unless you've been doing it for years.
