Alright, so, if you're mom is divorced and disabled/retired AND receiving child support AND you're under 18, is there like money owed directly to the minor?
No, its money used to support your needs, such as food, housing, electricity ect. Can't hurt to ask for some of it, but no, you aren't entitled to it.

No. The purpose of child support is for the parent who takes care of the kid daily to pay for the immediate needs like food, shelter, clothes, etc. Sure, some single parents make arrangement so they can save the money for their kids college or something, but that's entirely up to them. Underage kids don't directly benefit financially from this arrangement.

Great. So now I'm dead in the water. She put herself in debt to put me through 12 years of catholic school indoctrination.
I imagine raising a child isn't a walk in the park. Humans are prone to mistakes. You might not agree with things she has done but intentions were good and she was doing what she saw fit. You can blame all your problems on mommy, but at the end of the day she went in debt to give YOU and education. Sorry about indoctrination, but you seem to see it for what it is. I had many problems with my family growing up, but in the end I forgave and forgot. I see a lot of kids that treat their moms like shit, including my little brother. None seem to have the ability to see their parents indoctrination and flaws. I bet you have done something wrong before and felt you deserved another chance. Parents are people too. It is easy to be predisposed to anger due to being around them constantly. My dad beat me to a bloody pulp throughout my childhood but guess what? I saw the patterns running down the generations and forgave the poor stupid ogre and got on with my life. My little brother blames my parents for everything wrong with his life and he is past 18 now. That's why I have so much to say on the matter.
>tldr you aren't entitled to anything you didn't earn, suck it up and treat your momma well
