Get a syringe and rinse it with warm salt water. I had the same thing when I got my wisdom teeth out. I didn't wait long enough before having a smoke and ended up sucking my clot out. It'll heal in a couple months.

Chances are you'll run out of pain killers along time before the pain goes away. Just keep washing and brushing your teeth. The cleaner the wound the faster it'll heal.
