I've been trying to get into shape forever
But whenever I start a new routine it lasts 2 fucking weeks and then I start saying to myself "why bother" and give up
How do I get past this? My heath is starting to become a concern and I need to change but this just wont stop
more fresh air
more sunshine
more friends
less internet

I agree with less internet.
The internet is just a, "solution" to every problem.
Bored? Internet.
Lonely? Internet.
Stressed? Internet.
Learning? Internet.
Horny? Internet.
The problem is that it isn't a real solution. It just delays the problem. The reason these problems exist is because you have no real outlet for them. Sure, watching funny videos online can perk you up, but making friends and having fun together is a much more viable solution. More than just satiate some base desire, you gain so much more.

I had a feeling something like this was part of the answer. 2.5 years ago I had a nervous breakdown and wound up with 2 mental illnesses diagnosees, fun times. So I've been pretty much holed up in my room doing fuck all. Will work on getting out more
Anyone else have anything to add?
Why in the fuck are you trying to get in shape?
Just get your ass back on the internet. You can just jog in place in front of your computer with YouTube on to get your fucking cardio for the day mate.
