What's the most healthy way to show affection, anon?
I personally love to be in physical contact with the people I like. Cuddling, rubs, snugs, or just hanging on somehow. It's nice but is it too much?

To a point, yes.
Some people aren't touchy, literally.
Some don't register touches like handholding, hugs and shit as affectionable. They can register it as weird and gross or they can just register it as indifference.
Mileage varies, but it is body language that shows love in both platonic and romantic forms.

It can be too much. Sounds bad but my bf is constantly touching me and looking at me and it drives me fucking nuts. Sometimes I just want to lay there and get lost in a movie and its annoying to have someone either laying on you or constantly trying to get attention. It makes me want the opposite. So yes sometimes it can be too much. And if you are like that, please just make sure you shower and dont smell like ass before getting close, breath check too. I feel like those who need constant affection are insecure and needy. Either that or I'm a bitch haha
