How do I unJUST myself?

>20 yo
>poor
>watched my mother die a few months ago
>since then gradually loose all my friends
>started smoking again
>sometimes for 1-2 weeks I drink everyday alone at home
>cant sleep for more than 3-4 hours
>dreams become worse and worse, now just images of her rotten corpse
>dog died a few months ago as well
>havent had sex in a year

some good things:
>doing great academically
>started exercising again

I feel like I am losing my mind. What can I do to stop being such a wreck and enjoy life once more?
