That feeling is normal. Everyone has it. It passes with time. It wont because I told you, still going to pop up.. But i can at least give you that grounding thought.

Hey, man.. I have an elective education in psych. As in not an expert but i know some shit so trust me.

Get yourself some advil. Long story short your feelings are caused by chemical imbalances thats basically like heroine withdrawal. Humans pair bond. Its addiction to a person.

The chems fuckin with you right now are counteracted by advil. It wont cure you or make you feel amazing but it will take the edge off.

Id also strongly recommend lots of physical activity and time with friends.
