How do I git gud at interviews and talking? To be honest, I'm terrible at talking on the spot, I might be a bit slow. If I'm asked something like, "Tell me about a time you had to learn a new skill quickly", for example, I wouldn't be able to think of anything and just sit there stammering for a bit.
Tell them about that time you learned the skill of talking on the spot and how you needed it for this interview and some random guy on the internet told you to say this and you and the interviewer will laugh because its so meta.
Or you can practice by getting people you know to ask you questions.

I have tried practice interviews, but I'm just as bad as before.

That's why you prepare answers to common questions in advance...?
