Come on, don't be a bad parent here. A) you should never have filmed your daughter. That's not only an invasion of privacy but also wrecking for your relationship with her. Let alone crappy for you, no parent want to see their kids have sex (and vice versa). I'd forget about that filming incident asap, and never mention it.

Instead look at what's at hand; your 15 year old daughter is having relations. This means she's growing up. Have you given her sufficient sex ed? Girls can pass std's to girls just as well. Also take a talk about love into concideration. Does she really like this girl? Does she feel forced into it? If you want to get on a really good mom tour, try asking if she's experimenting, or is lesbian or bisexual, and if she's confused or insecure about this. A lot of people who are gay are conflicted, and parents can really help making them feel accepted and educating them about struggles they might run into, socially.

Then, and only then I think you can voice your opinion about what's going on. Do you feel she's too young for sex? Do you dislike her being with a girl? Why? Try to be open and talk about it together, but provide an open line of communication so you can maintain a healthy relationship with your daughter. No good parent would want to chase their kid off over something as natural as exploring their sexuality at 15, if only to prevent they get unhealthy (promiscuous) relationships due to lack of parental education, std's or losing their kids entirely.
