There are too many posts in this thread for what I've got to say to even really mean anything or add anything to this, but I can't understand why people assume women are some strange species that must be handled differently.

Like it is very easy to run in a groove for a number of years wondering where the opportunities went while never creating any opportunities by changing things.

I'm quite socially aggressive, I played in a number of bands and like to perform.
