If possible,
i just wanna have a place to stay,
have some food to eat,
and then stay on my computer 24/7,
until the day i die.

It may be cold where you are but if not get outside into nature. Go hiking, sit by a body of water, walk around town. Whatever to get outside and do it often. Cut your screen time in half. It will suck at first but soon you will love it.
