So, I have a big problem, I can't make myself drink water

How exactly does your body reject it? It's not that hard? Just get a bottle and sip something from it everytime.. idk.. the commercial is on or whatever. As soon as you got used to that increase it

How much water do you drink per day? Don't believe the bullshit of 2 litres per day, that is way too much for me

My gues is all OP drinks is soda, so now water tastes "gross" to him

If >>18064482 is true, then I was in the exact same situation as yours. Now, I drink up from 1,5l to 3l per day.
It may sounds ridiculous but my advice is : choose your water wisely. Every water doesn't have the same taste and I personally hate source waters. Having a water you like will help you drink enough per day.
