It doesn't deplete nutrients, but the chemical compounds inhaled from smoking mess with your neurons and make you feel hungry. As for lethargic, well seeing that weed is a depressant that is to be expected.

It's not about nutrients. It's about stimulation. Also you are probably using too high of doses of speed. Be sure to take vitamins, especially a multivitamin, B vitamins, vitamin C, and magnesium and zinc, when doing drugs. But it's better if you minimize your drug use. Tolerance and withdrawal symptoms suck, whether it's caffeine or alcohol or weed or speed or coke. Best used infrequently. Not to preach or whatever.
