Is there any way to stop getting really red cheeks when its really cold or hot? I'm pretty sure it's a hereditary, I eat fairly well but I am very pale. Is there any way to cover it up? It really makes me look awful.
If it's temporary, no. Its your body protecting your face from frostbite by flushing blood to the area.
If it stays around after you warm up, then the cold probably dries your skin out. Use a moisturizer before and/or after going out into the cold to prevent the drying.

I always have red cheeks, it just gets worse in hot or cold climates.

Try a moisturizer and see if it helps. If not, then you probably just have a red face naturally, and the only thing to cover it up would be makeup.

cut out any high sugar foods or drinks
most especially sodas or fizzy drinks.

Like I said I eat pretty well, I almost never drink soda and unhealthy foods are rare.

What kind of makeup? Is there anything that wouldn't be obvious?

Suck a cock and rub the jizz into your face. It will act as a natural insulator.
Or wear a scarf. Or do both if you can manage it.
