I've taken long breaks too but you definitely always come back. It's changed alot.
The evolution of technology brought more of the normies online. Part of me misses the simpler times but i also think it's kind of beautiful to see a clusterfuck of all types coming together. Information gets shared more rapidly so it can be beneficial in the case of cover ups and false flags.

Like the other anons I could successfully take long breaks. I think I stopped coming when I got pissed from the constant transgender threads. Now it's a bit better.

I stumbled upon 4chan pretty much within the month it was first established. Came here every day until 2009 or so, when it got unbearably bad. Having a bit of a relapse nowadays, due to more free time. Say what you want, but it is still the most populated place on the interbutt that offers a prospect of free speech + you won't find the same human garbage and retardation anywhere else.

Just take it as entertainment and noting else.
