I'm gonna do it /adv/,
the ring came in and I am finally going to propose after 6 years.
I need advice on some non-corny proposal ideas for a poor fag.
the idea i have so far is to buy glow in dark stickers and spell it out on the ceiling so she reads it as we are going to bed.

Well first off congrats!
Don't go overly complicated, it's better to keep it simple. A good thing to do is to take her/him to his/her favourite place, or where you first met, kissed,etc and propose there. I just did it in her favourite park and it worked.
At the end it really doesn't matter how you do it, cause after some time it will be replaced by the memories of the wedding
