I want to do this but the application process requires a letter from the dean of your school, a department head, and two proffessors (they recommend you send more)

I'm a second semester sophomore and I haven't even fucking met the dean and only have one close relationship with a professor

the relationship with the one professor is enough. Talk to him about your goals and let him know the requirements. He'll get you letters from the other people or at least get you connected to them.

Some free time for friends and family. But I work better as a leader when I know what I'm leading. I work better under authority when I'm learning. If that makes sense.
