I don't really care about getting their login info. I'm only interested in seeing someone's story without having them added.

I've seen sites claiming that they can get someone's login info, chats sent, pictures, and videos but that's from scam sites that want you to do surveys which never lets you get their info. Minus these sites, is it actually possible to view chats, pictures, and videos sent after they've been sent through some "hacking"?
