Computer tower. My mom goes through my room on the daily, tearing and cleaning through it, but I have about an ounce of weed in my computer and know its safe cause she would never have a reason to open it, let alone knows you can open it

Seriously, don't go analogue if you want safety.

If you really need to write it down with your hands, then once you finish each page, take a high resolution photograph of the page with your phone, then tear it out and run it under the sink til it's mush.
Then lock away the photograph in your phone the same way.
