OP here, was at work and you're probably gone but might as well keep the thread up. As for why I'm bored I guess its my own fault, I didn't see much in her from the outset besides looks and that we had a few things in common. I was really just looking for a rebound and I guess I got that. She's a sweetheart but the differences that we DO have sort of turn me off and we don't gel particularly well. (She's sort of awkward in an endearing way but it gets sort of old). As for mentioning my ex, I'd gone through the same thing with her, getting bored that is, but that took three and a half years so that's more understandable. I'm just sort of worried that I'll perpetually be bored of chicks and never find one I want to commit to.

Just keep doing it, eventually you might end up alone or find a girl you don't get bored of. If this persists I would look into internal issues

just leave her. It might break her heart and that will make you feel like shit, but its better for both of you in the long run.
to be perfectly frank you do sound like a little bit of a douche though. That being said, there really isnt anything inherently wrong with just being into the chase and "hit and quit", just dont lead the girl on.

OP again, yeah I feel you. I fully know I'm being an ass, hell, I sort of sewed the seeds while I was with my ex, to get with this girl. So I know I've done some less than stellar things to get here. I just know what its like to be lovestruck, and I was with my ex of three years in the beginning. I want that again. Maybe this new girl could be that, but I won't know until I'm with her
