How do you accept the fact that you're a human being so you'll always have addictions and bad habits? I seem to be a "perfectionist" i.e. I have this idea that life isn't worth it if your behavior is flawed. I don't know where I got this from, but I can't help it. Is there a good way to deal with it?

If you really understand the pathways of mental and social stimuli then you should be able to alter the inputs to make you do whatever you ultimately feel you want to do. Stop thinking with emotion, and instead, understand what causes that emotion, and act based on facts and the cause of the emotion instead of what the emotion causes.
