How can I pay attention to hygiene when I barely go outside except

Do you seriously not feel gross when you don't shower, do laundry and brush/floss your teeth? Because you should. Most people feel physically uncomfortable when they're not practicing personal hygiene.

I brush my teeth at least once a day but I honestly don't feel a difference between when I brush twice and I brush once
My teeth do get a bit yellower though if I keep brushing only once a day like now

If I'm not sweating at all I usually only get uncomfortable not showering after 5 days or something

I look ok, i have a good haircut, a viking beard that i trim and i usualy wear shirts and jeans or chinos.

But i still lay in my bed all weekends.

You don't need that musch to look presentable as a man, just make sure to shower, brush your teeth and shave your neck so you don't look like a neckberad.

Get a haircut on occasion.

Back when I used to be a zombie "blessed" with a job from home, I used to spend MONTHS inside with no human contact, and used to shower once every 3 weeks or so. I had such a careless life, it was sort of liberating. Made me realize how much I don't actually care about having human contact.
I still don't care about others but now at my current job I have to be top notch all day long, so showering, grooming and all those things are a must. I feel good when clean, showering has become one of those few things that I genuinely enjoy.

Also, do your laundry every 2 weeks. Don't walk around with dirty pants and sweaty shirts.

Make sure your clothes are clean and intact, don't walk around with socks with holes in them, worn out sweaters and so on.

Do it as an act of love for yourself, even if you have to drag yourself through th shower and it takes all your willpower. You will feel better. If you groom in the mindset of being "presentable" you're really doing it for other people and if you're struggling with depression it's going increase those "what's the point" feeling. Being clean increases your sense of well-being.
