I've been to a couple of Catholic masses as I've been reading the bible and have cause to become Christian as it's helped me find peace.
A told a Christian friend of mine about my new found faith and he's invitied me to a protestant service tommorow. I'm more leaning toward the Catholic church despite not being able to following the masses properly quite yet. Would it be fine to attend a protestant service simply to become more educated on Christianity or should I stick to one division of Christdom?

Or you could just stop believing in lies. That's always an option.

Go to the mass, it's not a crime to visit other churches. More education=always better

i dont like catholic churches because their funeral service is pretty shitty. look it up on youtube. they play with smoke around the body and recite some roman yiddish.

Go and see if you feel the feels there. Might as well experiment and see what type you like the most.

Protestantism is a more depressing version of christianity.
In my country, before the entrance into the EU, we had a protestantic church financed entirely by the state, and it still is somewhat.
But i can't think of a more depressing and drab kind of service than the one i recived as a young school boy at the end of the spring semester.
It was really uninspiring.
I acrually went to confirmation, because even though my parents are not religious, they are old fasioned and confirmation was just something you were supposed to do.
So at 14 years of age i went and lived at a monestary in italy, and frankly.. after that i just decided that religion was not for me.
