Like all addictions, if you want to quit you can try cold turkey, or wean off slowly.

Cut back consumption 50mg a week or something. Take it slow, but don't break.

Fuck weaning, just quit cold turkey. You'll feel like shit for like 2 days and then be fine.

Been there done that a few times. Night shifts. Just stop and drink like green tea once a day.

Yeah tea works, especially if you're in the UK. I drink that when off night shifts and can't get that deliciously smelling orgasm inducing shoulder shivering coffee from work (really expensive machine). Tea works until then.
