Nicotine. Vape quality juice (probably locally made, by people who are willing to provide lab analysis of their reagents and finished product). It's nootropic and awesome, especially if you can control yourself and not get totally addicted. Not smoking it avoids a lot of the health issues, but vaping isn't harmless either. Also, unlike a lot of nootropics (piracetam, for example), nicotene is harmful to your neurons long term. Maybe you should look into racetams or something.
