is it normal to stay friends with all your highschool buddies after school?
everyone i know stayed friends, whereas my group just completely disbanded after highschool, everyone went off their separate ways and none of us keep in contact.
i kept close with one guy but i don't get the chance to talk to the other guys anymore.
is this normal?

Yes and no. I keep in touch with a few of my buddies. The majority I have zero contact with. We all took different paths in life. It's perfectly normal OP.

it varies. this is the embodiment of 'everyones different'. most just talk on facebook. some hang out regularly. depends who moves, who stays, who goes to college, how much you change etc.
there is nothing wrong with still being friends wtih them. nothing wrong with moving on either.
