Use more than one camera. If you don't want someone to film it, you need to set up a lot of different cameras on a lot of different angles and zoom levels. Place one on the side of the bed, about 4 feet from the floor, another 5-6 feet from the floor but on a down angle. Film 3-4 hours and you get a nice 20 min video out of it, if you have high standards.
