You will probably be fine. Go to the doctor though. I have hypospadias if that qualifies me to give penis advice.

Not OP, but also have partially torn frenulum. It happened because the girl at the time was slightly tight and she shifted her pelvis slightly just as I thrust in.

It's made screwing without a condom very painful (I never went to surgery to get it completely removed). Other than that, and the pain when it happened, nothing remarkable to report...

Some guys have a short frenulum. If you pull back your foreskin and your dick is getting bent somewhat that usually means it's short. Its called frenulum breve. There are simple surgeries for it because as the OP it can rip during sex. I had mine done and the surgery took maybe 20 minutes and the only pain I felt were from the injections. Maybe it'll hurt a bit in the following nights because you get boners but I had no issues. After 3 weeks I fapped again and it felt as sensitive as before.
